LifeScend is a specialized training and events platform for pharma, biotech, and life sciences professionals. We are growing our team and looking for a Conference Producer to help us curate and deliver high impact online training programs and conferences for the industry.
What you will do:
- Research and develop content for online conferences, workshops, and training courses in pharma and biotech
- Identify and secure expert trainers and speakers from across the industry
- Build detailed event agendas that deliver practical value to delegates
- Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to ensure each event is positioned for success
- Manage the full production cycle from concept to delivery

What we are looking for:
- Experience producing conferences, training programs, or webinars, ideally in pharma, biotech, or a related sector
- Strong research and writing skills
- Comfort working with senior industry experts and trainers
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Fully remote role, so self-motivation and clear communication are key
