Conference Producer🎤
London | Hybrid (3 days per week in office) | £35,000–£40,000 + Bonus
We’re working with a leading international events organisation to recruit an ambitious Conference Producer to join their growing content team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1–2 years’ experience in conference or event production who wants to take greater ownership of high-profile programmes, work with senior industry stakeholders and develop their career within a fast-paced international events business.
You’ll be responsible for researching markets, developing compelling conference programmes, securing senior speakers and delivering engaging experiences for a professional B2B audience.
The role⬇️
As Conference Producer, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of conferences, roundtables, webinars and other content-led events.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Owning the end-to-end development and delivery of conference programmes.
- Researching markets, trends, customer needs and competitor events.
- Developing high-quality, research-led agendas that attract and engage audiences.
- Identifying and securing senior-level speakers and industry experts.
- Building strong relationships with speakers, sponsors, partners and other stakeholders.
- Developing innovative formats to encourage audience interaction, networking and engagement.
- Working closely with marketing to create compelling promotional and thought-leadership content.
- Partnering with commercial teams to identify sponsorship opportunities and support client conversations.
- Preparing detailed briefs for speakers, moderators and suppliers.
- Managing multiple projects and deadlines throughout the event lifecycle.
- Taking responsibility for the smooth delivery of programmes onsite.
- Working with AV teams, moderators, speakers and suppliers to ensure a seamless experience.
- Reviewing event feedback and performance data to continuously improve future programmes.
- Producing post-event analysis and recommendations.

We're looking for someone who is curious, confident and commercially minded, with a genuine interest in research, content and live events.
You'll ideally have:
- 1–2 years' experience in conference production, events or a similar role.
- Experience creating content, agendas or programmes for a professional audience.
- A degree or equivalent experience, ideally with a research or analytical element.
- Strong research and written communication skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
- The ability to quickly understand complex topics and turn research into compelling content.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Confidence communicating with senior-level professionals.
- A creative and intellectually curious approach.
- An interest in developing commercially successful events and content.
