Conference Producer
London (2-days in office) | £45,000 + Bonus
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Conference Producer to join a rapidly growing organisation, taking ownership of the development and delivery of high-quality conference content across a portfolio of international events.
This role will be responsible for shaping conference agendas and sourcing high-profile speakers, researching relevant topics and trends to create engaging programmes that resonate with audiences.
You’ll combine strong research and content skills with the ability to build relationships with senior-level speakers and stakeholders, while managing the process from initial agenda development through to successful on-site delivery.
Day-to-day:
- Research relevant markets, trends and competitor activity to identify engaging conference topics and potential speakers.
- Develop and curate conference agendas, ensuring content remains relevant, timely and engaging for audiences.
- Identify, approach and secure high-quality senior-level speakers for conferences and events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives and key stakeholders.
- Work closely with internal editorial and content teams to align speakers with relevant agenda topics and audience interests.
- Collaborate with commercial teams around sponsored speaking opportunities, ensuring they complement the wider conference programme.
- Manage speaker relationships throughout the event cycle, from initial approach through to participation.
- Oversee speaker logistics, including pre-event calls, presentations, AV requirements and general event preparation.
- Support the successful on-site delivery of conferences, ensuring a seamless experience for speakers and attendees.
- Attend international events and exhibitions, building relationships and identifying future speakers, topics and content opportunities.
- Work alongside marketing teams to support the promotion of speakers and conference content.

Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in conference production, content production, events or a similar role.
- Strong research skills with the ability to identify relevant trends, topics and potential speakers.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with confidence engaging senior-level executives.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
- Comfortable working autonomously and making informed decisions.
- Experience managing speakers and coordinating content across B2B conferences or events.
- Strong attention to detail across agenda planning, speaker management and event delivery.
- Confident working collaboratively with editorial, commercial and marketing teams.
- Digitally savvy, with an interest in using technology and new tools to improve event and content delivery.
