Role Description
The Conference Producer role is a full-time, hybrid position based in Old Street, London. You will research market trends and industry challenges, develop event themes and agendas, and design compelling conference programs aligned with MarketforceLive’s Insurance Innovators portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Conducting in-depth market research
- Identifying and securing high-profile speakers
- Drafting session descriptions
- Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to ensure events meet audience and client needs
- Managing timelines and production workflows
- Working closely with event operations to deliver high-quality conferences
- Continuously evaluating event performance to enhance future programs
Requirements
- Experience:
- 1+ years of conference production experience, including agenda creation and content development
- Market research skills to analyse industries, identify trends, and understand audience needs
- Excellent communicators, especially when writing conference materials, briefing stakeholders, and collaborating with internal teams
- Experience in C-level speaker acquisition, including identifying industry leaders, conducting outreach, and managing speaker relationships
- Event management skills to coordinate logistics with operations teams, manage timelines, and support on-site delivery
- Additional Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Attention to detail
- Experience in B2B conferences or professional events
- A degree in economics, business, marketing, or a related discipline, and experience in one or more of MarketforceLive’s key sectors (e.g., financial services, utilities, technology)
