Conference Producer
Location: London (3 days a week hybrid)
Salary: £38,000 + bonus
Are you a Conference Producer who would be keen to join a leading international events team delivering defence and security conferences?
You will be responsible for researching, developing and delivering engaging conference programmes, securing senior-level speakers from government, military and industry, and creating content that drives audience growth and event success. The role involves managing projects from concept through to on-site delivery and post-event analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
- Research and develop conference agendas and content strategies
- Identify, secure and manage high-profile speakers
- Collaborate with marketing, sales and external stakeholders
- Manage event timelines, speaker communications and programme delivery
- Deliver conferences, roundtables and webinars, including on-site event management

About You:
- 1+ years’ experience in conference production
- Strong research, communication and project management skills
- Commercially aware with excellent stakeholder management abilities
- Interest in the defence sector is advantageous
