Conference Producer - Large Scale Events
£40,000 + Profit Share + Benefits + International Travel
About the role:
Exciting opportunity to join a thriving events business that delivers invitation-only conference and networking events across Data and Legal sectors.
Key responsibilities:
- Produce 3-4 events per year
- Conduct telephone and web-based market research to develop educational content, identify conference topics
- Create cutting edge agenda and recruit C-level speakers
- Guide sales, marketing and operations teams to create successful events
- Project Manage events from concept to delivery – set the vision and see it come to fruition
- Delivering conferences on site. Travelling domestically and internationally.

Experience, Skills & Attributes we are looking for:
Essential:
- 1 year+ B2B Experience, Sales or Content
- Proven ability to work on multiple simultaneous events and hit deadlines
- Self-motivated with great time management skills
- Confident with strong communication, project management and leadership skills
- Strong copy writing – able to deliver gripping content that captures the attention of our audiences
- Intellectually curious with a willingness to learn about new topics
- Creative; always looking to innovate content and take events to the next level
