What is the job role?
In our Professional Support Service, you'll play a vital role, supporting Children’s Services on an administrative basis. You'll contribute significantly to Children’s Services, ensuring positive outcomes for vulnerable children and families. We are a team that works with colleagues and professional agencies to support Child Protection Conferences and Adults Safeguarding Meetings.
This role will be based within the Professional Support Service Quality Assurance Team and will support a range of complex meetings such as Child Protection Conferences, Position of Trust, and Adults Safeguarding meetings, ensuring a smooth and efficient process in preparation for, during, and after the meetings, producing comprehensive electronic outcomes and minutes from said conferences in accordance with the legislative requirements and ensuring a positive and professional experience for children and families.
