Conferencing Event Specialist
As one of our exceptional global team of Event Specialists, you will deliver high-profile, managed, corporate event conferencing to major organisations and financial institutions across the globe.
Virtual events such as Video, Web, and Audio conferencing are a fast-paced and exciting industry, and we are seeking passionate and motivated professionals who are keen to build their career in this sector.
You will be supporting global investment banks and corporates by delivering excellence. You will work closely with clients to organise the booking and smooth running of their high-profile events, providing an efficient, friendly, and professional service.
Responsibilities
- Handle and work on event and call bookings via email and telephone
- Assess client requirements from bookings, decide what type of event they need, and make recommendations on joining methods, visual elements, and analytical after-call reports
- Act as the main point of contact for the call organiser and involved parties for your assigned calls and events
- Professionally operate audio and web conferences, make announcements into the calls, introduce speakers, and manage Q&As
- Build valuable relationships with our customers and make a positive impact on their experience with us
- Managing your diary and ensuring you fully understand the customer requirements

Who You Are
Essential:
- Instinctive understanding of delivering and driving exceptional, proactive customer service, and the ability and personality to deliver this.
- Able to communicate confidentially and professionally
- Adaptable in a fast-changing environment
- Can build a quick rapport with clients using excellent listening skills
- Passionate about virtual events
- Proficient using a laptop and confident with Microsoft Office 365 products

Who Are We:
- 40 hours a week - Initially office-based (hybrid working once fully trained)
- Shift Pattern on a 4-week rota with 8-hour shifts from 8 am to 7 pm with occasional weekends
