Confidential Medical Director for UHNW Maritime Operations
Highly discreet Confidential Medical Director needed for UHNW maritime operations. £240k GBP tax-free, independent Mediterranean role.
An esteemed ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) principal is seeking the full-time, permanent expertise of a highly discreet private doctor. This sensitive role focuses on delivering preventative and acute healthcare within a strictly secure, floating private estate. Functioning with total clinical autonomy, you will be expected to maintain hospital-grade medical standards in a highly confidential environment.
The principal’s itinerary spans the Mediterranean's most exclusive jurisdictions. You will be held accountable for the client's medical readiness as they move seamlessly between anchorages in Italy, Monaco, the Algarve, the Greek Islands, Mallorca, Marbella, and Ibiza. This position is perfectly suited for a decisive clinical leader who values independent practice, absolute discretion, and personalized patient management over heavily bureaucratic hospital systems.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
