Confidential Medical Officer for UHNW Family Yacht
Seeking a discreet Confidential Medical Officer for a UHNW family yacht. Permanent £240k GBP tax-free role with high clinical autonomy across Monaco, Italy, and Ibiza.
A prominent ultra-high-net-worth entity requires the permanent, full-time expertise of a highly discreet sole medical practitioner. This critical role revolves around providing preventative and acute healthcare management within a strictly private, floating estate. Operating with complete clinical autonomy, you will be trusted to maintain hospital-grade standards of care in a highly confidential environment. The principal's itinerary spans the Mediterranean's most exclusive jurisdictions. You will be responsible for the medical readiness of the vessel as it transitions seamlessly between the shores of Italy, Monaco, the Algarve, the Greek Islands, Mallorca, Marbella, and Ibiza. This role is perfectly suited for a confident clinical leader who values independence, flawless discretion, and bespoke patient management over conventional, bureaucratic healthcare systems.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
