Job Overview
We’re seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Configuration Analyst to join our team on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract. You’ll be tasked with analysing and configuring system solutions in response to approved business initiatives. This position centres around Actisure, our core IT platform that underpins AGH’s operations, and will also involve implementing changes within its surrounding ecosystem. You’ll play a key role in ensuring that system configurations align with business needs and support our ongoing digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Actisure Solution Designer and Business Analyst(s) to ensure business users’ requirements are correctly analysed, documented, and approved prior to any system change being made
- Implement output changes consequent upon periodic reviews of AGH’s insurance proposition and/or the acquisition of new business
- Conduct thorough testing of all changes to configuration data, including ensuring User Acceptance Testing by appropriately skilled resources
- Regularly review and revise reference (or look-up) data to ensure that Actisure consistently provides its users with access to accurate information
- Resolve configuration-related incidents and deliver appropriate enhancements to Actisure in a timely manner
- Contribute to the creation of Actisure system documentation, covering the entire functional scope of the software
- Accurately represent the business of AGH, including Actisure benefits and pricing, through the Products application to deliver a reliable system in support of operational teams
- Deliver appropriate business processes to AGH users of Actisure by configuring the Claims Rule Engine (CRE)

Work Arrangements
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week away from home, moving to three days a week from 1 December 2026. Away from home means attending the office, visiting clients or attending industry events.

Your Skills & Experience
- Demonstrate a sound understanding of how IT systems can be developed and integrated into the business environment
- Have experience in document design and the use of conditional logic
- Maintain a complete focus on accuracy and attention to detail
- Understand mathematical ideas and strategic objectives
- Show the capability to propose and implement solutions to problems
- Have previous experience in an analytical environment
- Exhibit resilience to thrive in a pressured environment
- Possess the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Be driven, enthusiastic, committed, and maintain a positive “can do” attitude, with a genuine desire to deliver solutions
