About the Company
We are partnering with a leading healthcare technology organisation to recruit an experienced EPR Configuration Analyst to join their growing team on a permanent, fully remote basis. This is a permanent, fully remote opportunity offering the chance to join an established healthcare technology environment and play a key role in the continued development and optimisation of an EPR platform.
About the Role
The role will focus on the configuration, optimisation, testing, and ongoing development of EPR solutions supporting healthcare organisations and clinical users. Working closely with technical, clinical, operational, and product teams, you will translate healthcare requirements and workflows into effective system configurations, ensuring the EPR continues to meet the needs of its users. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced EPR professional who enjoys working independently, solving complex configuration challenges, and contributing to the continued development of healthcare technology.

Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain EPR functionality in line with clinical and operational requirements.
- Translate business and clinical requirements into effective system configurations.
- Work with stakeholders to understand existing workflows and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support the design, development, testing, and implementation of new EPR functionality.
- Investigate and resolve configuration issues and system defects.
- Develop and execute functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
- Support system upgrades, releases, enhancements, and optimisation activities.
- Maintain configuration documentation and appropriate change records.
- Collaborate with technical, clinical, product, and delivery teams throughout the development lifecycle.
- Provide support and technical expertise following system releases and implementations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement across the EPR platform.
Qualifications

- Nervecentre EPR Implementation experience is desirable

Required Skills
- Proven commercial experience within an EPR/EHR or clinical systems environment.
- Hands-on experience with EPR configuration and system optimisation.
- Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and clinical processes.
- Experience translating user requirements into system configuration.
- Experience across system testing, change management, and defect resolution.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively within a fully remote environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Experience with one or more of the following would be advantageous:
- Epic
- Oracle Health / Cerner
- MEDITECH
- Nervecentre
- Dedalus
- PAS, pathology, radiology, pharmacy, or clinical documentation modules
