Role: Configuration Consultant
Location: London, UK (Hybrid)
Employment type: Contract
You will be responsible for configuring the platform to meet business requirements using our configuration-based platform. Specific roles and responsibilities include:
- Lead client technical workshops relating to configuration
- Provide configuration estimates to support delivery planning
- Document configuration required to meet business requirements
- Write technical configuration stories to meet requirements
- Configure the platform using front-end, JSON, HTML, and Python
- Test configuration changes, using tools including Postman
- Troubleshoot defects in test and production environments
- Support delivery of client releases, including production of release notes
- Provide daily status updates and immediately escalate risks and issues
- Lead the resolution of support tickets in production environments

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in client-facing technical roles, including hands-on experience configuring platforms
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to deal with both technical and business stakeholders
- Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential
- Experience working with platform tools, such as JSON, HTML, and Python
- Experience performing technical troubleshooting across all layers of the technology stack for an application based on an AWS infrastructure
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to engage with client technical contacts and a wide range of internal stakeholders both formally and informally
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment with an outcome-driven approach to achieve deadlines
