🚀 Hiring: Configuration Consultant
📍 Location: London, UK
🏢 Work Mode: Hybrid
📄 Contract Role
We are looking for an experienced Configuration Consultant to join a leading client in London.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- ✔️ Lead client technical workshops related to platform configuration
- ✔️ Gather requirements and provide configuration estimates
- ✔️ Create technical configuration documentation and user stories
- ✔️ Configure the platform using JSON, HTML, Python, and proprietary front-end tools
- ✔️ Test configuration changes using Postman
- ✔️ Troubleshoot issues across test and production environments
- ✔️ Support production releases and prepare release notes
- ✔️ Resolve production support tickets and provide regular project updates

🔹 Required Skills:
- ✅ 5+ years of experience in client-facing technical/configuration roles
- ✅ Hands-on experience with JSON, HTML, and Python
- ✅ Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- ✅ Experience troubleshooting applications hosted on AWS infrastructure
- ✅ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments
- ✅ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills
