Leading International Law Firm | London | Hybrid
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Conflicts Lawyer to join the in-house risk and compliance function of a leading international law firm.
This is a broad and interesting role, working closely with lawyers and business teams across the firm to identify, assess and manage legal and commercial risks associated with new and existing client relationships.
The Role
The successful candidate will be involved in a broad range of conflicts and business acceptance matters, which may include:
- Reviewing and assessing potential conflicts of interest
- Advising on complex legal and commercial conflicts
- New business intake and client onboarding
- Reviewing client and matter relationships
- Confidentiality and information barriers
- Ethical walls and restricted matters
- Identifying and managing potential risk issues
- Advising fee earners and partners on conflicts and risk matters
- Supporting business acceptance and client due diligence processes
- Developing and interpreting conflicts policies and procedures
- Working on wider legal risk and compliance projects

The Requirements
You will ideally be a UK-qualified solicitor with experience in conflicts, business acceptance, legal risk or a related area.
