About the Role

This is a management-focused position, where the primary responsibility is to oversee and organise the team's work, drive planning and execution, and ensure compliance across projects. While a technical background in testing is important to understand the context, the role itself does not involve hands-on test execution. Instead, the focus is on management, planning, coordination, lab organisation, and stakeholder communication.

You will play a key role in setting direction for the team, ensuring effective collaboration with development and certification partners, and keeping testing efforts aligned with product timelines and regulatory demands.

Come and join Sepura Ltd at an exciting time of growth and progress your career within this innovative technology company, based in Waterbeach, Cambridge.

Day To Day

Our customer base includes many different industries and markets around the world. Our complete TETRA and LTE solutions have been developed specifically for users in multiple sectors to face their critical communications challenges.

There is no such thing as a typical day here at Sepura. You will be supported by your manager and team, as well as collaborating with other departments across the business.

Activities You Will Be Responsible For Include

Team Leadership & Management

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
