Salary: £35,412 - £38,220
Fixed term until 31 March 2030, 37 hours per week
Ty Dewi Sant, Ewloe (Hybrid working available)

The Connect to Work programme is funded by UK Government and managed nationally by the Department for Work and Pensions. It is a new and exciting programme to assist economically inactive individuals to secure sustainable employment through a supported employment model. In Flintshire, the programme will be delivered by commissioned contractors operating within a wider network of partners.

The successful candidate will be educated to graduate level or equivalent in a relevant field. You will have significant demonstrable experience and knowledge of managing contracts ideally in a related sector. The ability to thrive in a complex stakeholder environment, confidently manage governance and assurance processes and drive a commitment to continuous improvement is essential.
