What You’ll Do

As a critical part of our engineering team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Install and Innovate – Visiting customer sites to set up voice and data services, ensuring seamless connectivity.
  • Troubleshoot Like a Pro – Resolving issues with hands-on support after initial triage by our Service Operations team.
  • Configure and Customise – Bringing hardware to life by configuring it to meet specific customer requirements.
  • Be the Link – Acting as the go-to expert in customer comms rooms, offering smart hands support for our wider engineering initiatives.
