We are seeking an experienced Connected Vehicle Transformation Manager to play a pivotal role in delivering this vision.
This is a unique opportunity to lead the transformation activities that will underpin Aston Martin's future vehicle programs, connected services, and digital capabilities. Working at the intersection of business, technology, and product development, you will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives from concept through to Start of Production and beyond, ensuring the successful implementation of the processes, systems, and operating models required to support our next-generation vehicle platforms.
Role Overview
As Connected Vehicle Transformation Manager, you will lead complex cross-functional programs spanning Engineering, Manufacturing, Aftersales, Connected Car, and IT. You will provide the leadership, governance, and coordination required to align business objectives with technology delivery, ensuring programs remain focused on achieving strategic outcomes while supporting operational readiness across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain robust program governance frameworks, delivery controls, and reporting standards, creating visibility, accountability, and effective decision-making throughout the transformation lifecycle.
- Work closely with senior business and technology stakeholders to develop and align transformation roadmaps, manage expectations, and ensure activities remain prioritized against Aston Martin's future product and digital strategy.
- Support the development and implementation of future-state operating models, business processes, and enterprise systems that enable connected vehicle capabilities and digital services.
- Proactively manage risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies across multiple workstreams, ensuring mitigation plans are in place and delivery momentum is maintained.
- Coordinate resources, manage program priorities, and ensure delivery capability is aligned with business requirements.
- Responsible for financial oversight, developing and managing business cases, budgets, and forecasts while maintaining strong control of program costs and value delivery.
- Provide clear and insightful reporting on program performance, milestones, financial status, risks, and key decisions.
- Lead business readiness and adoption activities, ensuring that new capabilities are successfully embedded and deliver sustainable benefits across the organization.

Required Skills and Experience
- Proven transformation leader with significant experience delivering large-scale business and technology programs within complex and fast-paced environments.
- Strong track record of leading strategic change initiatives from concept through to operational deployment, balancing scope, cost, quality, and timing while delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across Engineering, Manufacturing, Product Development, Aftersales, Connected Car, and IT functions.
- Extensive experience of program governance, risk and dependency management, financial planning, and resource coordination.
- Strong understanding of delivery methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid frameworks.
