SafeLine Group UK is part of a global Swedish company specializing in safety accessories for lifts, with over 500,000 installed lift telephones, making it the largest independent lift safety product manufacturer in Europe. SafeLine transforms traditional lift safety, once limited to physical phone lines, into modern, integrated safety and communication systems. Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid, home, office, and customer location Connectivity and SaaS Sales role with the office based in Crayford. The role involves selling SafeLine’s connectivity and SaaS solutions to new and existing customers, focusing on lift safety and related digital services. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying prospects, managing a pipeline of opportunities, conducting product demonstrations, and negotiating contracts. The role also requires building strong relationships with customers, providing high-quality customer service, and offering training and guidance on SafeLine’s products and platforms. The individual will collaborate with internal teams to align sales activities with marketing, technical support, and product development, and will regularly report on sales performance and market feedback.

Qualifications

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical solutions in a clear and accessible way.
- Demonstrated ability in customer service, focusing on building long-term customer relationships and providing ongoing support.
- Proven track record in sales, including prospecting, pipeline management, and closing deals, ideally within connectivity, SaaS, or technical products.
- Experience delivering training to customers or colleagues on products, services, or systems in a structured and engaging manner.
- Background in sales management or team leadership, including planning, forecasting, and performance monitoring, is an advantage.
- Comfort working with SaaS platforms, connectivity solutions, or other digital services, with the ability to quickly learn new tools.
- Goal-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously.
- Relevant vocational training or a degree in business, technology, or a related field is beneficial, as is experience in the lift, telecom, or safety industries.
