Role Description
This full-time, hybrid Connectivity and SaaS Sales role is based in Crayford and focuses on selling SafeLine’s connectivity and software-as-a-service solutions for lift safety. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities
- Managing a pipeline of prospects
- Conducting sales presentations and product demonstrations to lift companies, building owners, and other stakeholders
- Consulting with customers to understand their technical and operational needs
- Recommending appropriate connectivity and SaaS solutions
- Guiding customers through the implementation journey

The individual will:
- Maintain ongoing account relationships
- Provide post-sale support in collaboration with technical teams
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Additional tasks include:
- Preparing proposals
- Negotiating contracts
- Contributing to sales forecasts
- Staying informed on market trends and evolving lift safety regulations
Qualifications
- Strong Sales and Sales Management skills, including pipeline management, negotiation, and closing B2B deals.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, handle inquiries, and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Training capabilities to deliver product demonstrations, onboarding sessions, and ongoing user education for customers and partners.
- Experience selling connectivity, SaaS, or technical solutions in a B2B environment, ideally within building services, lift industry, or related fields.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into clear, value-focused customer conversations.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with proficiency in CRM and common office software tools.
- Relevant vocational training or degree in business, sales, technology, or a related discipline is advantageous.
