About Us
ONE Environmental is a growing building services and compliance contractor delivering maintenance PPM, projects, and compliance works across a range of disciplines.
About the Role
We are looking for a Compliance and Contracts Support Coordinator to join our team and help keep contracts, reporting, compliance, and administration properly controlled as the business grows.
This is a varied office-based role supporting the day-to-day running of maintenance and compliance contracts.
Key Responsibilities
- Scheduling PPM visits and subcontractors
- Managing reactive call-outs
- Chasing and issuing reports within 48 hours
- Raising remedial and reactive quotations
- Invoicing completed works
- Supporting monthly contract reviews
- Assisting with contract P&L reporting

Additional Responsibilities
- Supporting company compliance and accreditations including ISO, Avetta, SafeContractor, and Constructionline
- BM TRADA administration and passive fire documentation
Requirements
We are looking for someone with experience in contract support, service administration, or compliance administration within maintenance, FM, engineering, or building services. Experience using a CAFM system is essential. Experience with Simpro would be a strong advantage.

Job Details
- Location: Witham, Essex
- Type: Full-time, Permanent
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
- Site Visits: Any required site visits will be fully expensed

This role would suit someone organised, reliable, commercially aware, and confident managing multiple tasks across a busy operational team.
