North of Scotland, 50% office / site & 50% remote

£100 per hour via Umbrella PAYE
Turner Lovell is recruiting an experienced Consents & Environment Manager to support major transmission infrastructure programmes in Scotland. The role will support projects across a wide geographical area, from Caithness and the Isle of Skye through to Fort Augustus, with regular travel between project sites and SSE offices.

We are looking for:
- Experience working within consents, environmental management or environmental planning on major infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of environmental and consenting requirements throughout project delivery.
- Experience working with project teams, contractors and external stakeholders.
- Strong communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills.
- Energy, utilities or major infrastructure experience would be highly advantageous.

The position will be approximately 50% site / SSE office based. This is an initial 12-month contract, working 37 hours per week. BPSS clearance will be required.
