Conservatory Design Consultant - Self-Employed

Anglian Home Improvements | East Anglia | Self-Employed | Uncapped Earnings

Build a career where your results directly determine your earnings.

Anglian Home Improvements is looking for ambitious, customer-focused Conservatory Design Consultants to join our successful Living Spaces team across East Anglia.

This is an opportunity for an experienced sales professional to take ownership of their own territory, manage qualified customer appointments and turn great design conversations into high-value home improvement projects.

You don't need to be a conservatory expert already. We're looking for people who understand consultative selling, building trust and closing deals - we'll provide the product and technical training to help you succeed.

What you'll be doing

You'll visit customers in their homes who have already expressed an interest in improving their living space. Your role will be to:

  • Meet customers in their homes and understand what they want to achieve
  • Build genuine rapport and establish trust
  • Design and present bespoke conservatory and living-space solutions
  • Guide customers through the options available to them
  • Create compelling quotations and demonstrate the value of our products
  • Handle questions and objections confidently
  • Negotiate and close sales
  • Manage your own appointments, pipeline, and follow-ups
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience from initial consultation through to sale
  • Consistently achieve and exceed your sales targets

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
