Corporate FP&A / Consolidation Analyst
Ely - Hybrid
At DwyerOmega, we're building a global finance organization capable of supporting a rapidly growing, increasingly complex business. We are looking for a Corporate FP&A / Consolidation Analyst to play a critical role in strengthening our enterprise reporting, consolidation, data integrity, and financial governance.
This is an opportunity for a technically strong finance professional who enjoys working with complex financial data, systems, processes, and controls, and who wants to have a visible impact on how a global organisation manages and uses financial information.
You'll work across multiple business units and legal entities, supporting OneStream consolidation, enterprise roll-ups, management and Board reporting, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and financial data integrity. You'll also play an important role in onboarding newly acquired businesses into DwyerOmega's corporate reporting environment.
What You'll Do
Financial Consolidation & Governance
- Support the monthly consolidation process across multiple business units and legal entities.
- Perform enterprise-level roll-ups and reporting through OneStream.
- Validate intercompany balances and investigate discrepancies to ensure accurate consolidated results.
- Review consolidation outputs for completeness, consistency, and accuracy.
- Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of consolidation procedures, controls, and documentation.
- Help establish consistent reporting practices across the organization.
Financial Systems & Data Integrity
- Reconcile OneStream data to underlying ERP and other source systems.
- Investigate data discrepancies, identify root causes, and coordinate resolution with Finance and other stakeholders.
- Maintain a high standard of financial data integrity across multiple entities and reporting environments.
- Support data governance and reporting consistency as DwyerOmega continues to scale.
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, data quality, automation, and efficiency.

Management & Board Reporting
- Build recurring corporate reporting packages for Finance leadership and senior management.
- Prepare variance bridges and clear, insightful commentary explaining key financial movements.
- Consolidate financial and operational information into decision-ready materials.
- Support Board-level reporting and analysis.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities that require management attention.
FP&A, Forecasting & Planning
- Support the coordination and consolidation of forecast, budget, and long-range plan inputs.
- Validate submissions from across the business to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Analyze actual performance against budget, forecast, and prior-year results.
- Develop recurring analyses to support Corporate Finance leadership and business decision-making.
M&A & Acquisition Integration
- Support the financial onboarding of newly acquired businesses into DwyerOmega's corporate reporting environment.
- Assist with P&L mapping and the alignment of acquired reporting structures with corporate requirements.
- Support OneStream onboarding and reporting integration.
- Work closely with Finance teams within acquired businesses to resolve data, process, and reporting issues.
- Help develop standardized processes that can scale as DwyerOmega continues to grow through acquisition.

What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who combines strong FP&A fundamentals with technical finance and systems capability. You'll bring:
- Strong FP&A experience, preferably within a multi-entity or global organization.
- Experience supporting financial consolidation, corporate reporting, or enterprise finance processes.
- Strong understanding of financial data, reconciliations, variance analysis, and reporting controls.
- Fully qualified accountant
- Experience with ERP and/or EPM/consolidation systems; OneStream experience is highly desirable.
- Exposure to Power BI or other business intelligence and reporting tools is a plus.
- A strong attention to detail and commitment to financial accuracy and data integrity.
- The ability to investigate issues, understand root causes, and drive them through to resolution.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present analysis clearly to Finance leadership and senior stakeholders.
- A continuous improvement mindset and an interest in strengthening processes, controls, and reporting governance.
You'll become a trusted resource within Corporate Finance and gain broad exposure to enterprise FP&A, financial consolidation, reporting governance, financial systems, M&A integration, and executive decision support.
