About the Team

Fanatics Collectibles is a new company operating at the intersection of collectibles, culture, and technology. Backed by world-class investors, operators, and sports & entertainment partners, we are building the global leader in next-generation collectibles. Role Summary

Fanatics Collectibles is seeking an experienced Consolidation & Reporting Manager to support the International Finance team during the implementation of Oracle ERP.

This is a hands-on role supporting the international consolidation, month-end close and reporting processes while also providing accounting and reporting support throughout the Oracle implementation.

The successful candidate will work closely with the International Finance team and support the Oracle solution design, account and reporting mappings, data migration, testing, reconciliation, go-live and post-implementation stabilisation activities.

The role will work across our international entities and collaborate closely with Controllership, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Systems, the Oracle implementation team and local finance teams.

Key Responsibilities

Consolidation and Reporting

  • Support the International Finance team with the monthly close and reporting process.
  • Review entity submissions, consolidation journals, intercompany balances and eliminations, foreign currency translation and consolidated results.
  • Assist with the technical upload of local reporting packages into FCC, including validating submitted data and resolving upload or mapping issues.
  • Support the investigation and resolution of consolidation and reporting variances.
  • Help ensure that reporting submissions are complete, accurate and delivered in line with group deadlines.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify, standardise and automate consolidation and reporting processes.

Oracle ERP Implementation

  • Support the design and implementation of Oracle ERP accounting, close, consolidation and reporting processes.
  • Participate in Oracle design sessions and help translate International Finance requirements into practical system solutions.
  • Review proposed process designs and configurations to ensure they meet international accounting, reporting and statutory requirements.
  • Support the design, preparation and validation of:
    • chart-of-accounts mappings
    • legal entity and reporting structures
    • financial statement and management reporting hierarchies
    • intercompany mappings and elimination rules
    • legacy system-to-Oracle mappings
    • cost centre, department, product and other reporting dimensions
    • accounting rules and close processes
  • Support data cleansing, migration and validation, including reconciling opening balances and historical data between legacy systems and Oracle.
  • Develop finance test scenarios and support system integration testing and user acceptance testing.
  • Perform detailed testing of accounting entries, close processes, consolidation outputs, reports and system interfaces.
  • Document test results, raise and track defects, and work with the project team to resolve identified issues.
  • Assess the accounting and reporting impact of system or process gaps and support the development of practical solutions.
  • Assist with the preparation of standardised close procedures, reporting templates, controls, process documentation and user guidance for the Oracle environment.
  • Provide hands-on support during cutover, go-live and the post-implementation stabilisation period.
  • Help ensure that close, consolidation and reporting deadlines continue to be met throughout the Oracle implementation.

Experience and Qualifications

Essential

  • Significant experience in financial consolidation, group reporting and month-end close within a complex multinational organisation.
  • Strong practical experience using Oracle ERP, ideally Oracle Fusion, including financial close and reporting processes.
  • Previous experience supporting an Oracle or similar ERP implementation, including design workshops, mappings, data migration and testing.
  • Strong knowledge of consolidation accounting, including intercompany eliminations, foreign currency translation and multi-entity reporting.
  • Experience preparing or reviewing financial reporting under US GAAP and/or IFRS.
  • Strong understanding of financial controls, balance sheet reconciliations and audit requirements.
  • Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large and complex data sets.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify inconsistencies across systems, mappings and reporting outputs.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality work within demanding close and implementation timelines.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across multiple countries and functions.

Desirable

  • Previous experience with D365, FCC, Hyperion, TM1 or other consolidation and reporting tools.
  • Experience working across EMEA and APAC entities.
  • Experience with statutory reporting and the coordination of international external audits.
  • Knowledge of Oracle reporting tools and integrations between Oracle and consolidation or planning systems.
  • Experience within a fast-growing consumer products, retail, e-commerce, licensing or collectibles business.

Contract Term

This is initially a 12-month fixed-term contract covering the Oracle ERP implementation, testing, go-live and stabilisation period. There may be potential for extension depending on the implementation timeline and ongoing business requirements.
