Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming emails, correspondence, and office communications.
- Answer telephone calls professionally and direct enquiries appropriately.
- Organise training records and maintain employee certification and compliance documentation.
- Order office supplies, PPE, workwear, and site materials while obtaining competitive pricing.
- Maintain stock levels of office and site consumables.
- Prepare project documentation.
- Arrange site safety packs and equipment for upcoming projects.
- Support vehicle administration including servicing, MOTs, repairs, and fleet records.
- Assist the estimating team by organizing drawings, and subcontractor enquiries.
- Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, clients, and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate digital and paper filing systems.
- Carry out general office administration and provide support across the business as required.

About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- A confident communicator with a professional telephone manner.
- Able to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive, reliable, and willing to take ownership of their workload.
- Competent using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook, Google sheets).
- Previous administration experience is essential, ideally within construction, property, or a related industry.
