Carnegie Group are a principal contractor specialising in commercial and industrial steel frame solutions, handling the construction process from start to finish.
We're looking for an organised administrator to support our Contracts, Site and Estimating teams. This is a great opportunity to build on your existing administration experience, develop your confidence and gain practical skills that will be useful wherever your career takes you.

Although this is a 12-month fixed-term contract, a permanent opportunity may be available for the right candidate, subject to business needs.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing administrative support to our Contracts and Site teams
- Ordering site materials and equipment
- Coordinating maintenance administration for company-owned tools, equipment and vehicles
- Managing diaries and bookings
- Handling telephone calls
- Supporting our Estimating team with incoming enquiries
- Communicating with clients
- Creating and maintaining project schedules in Excel
- Managing document filing and document control

What we're looking for
Ideally, you'll have at least one year's experience in an administrative position within a construction firm, along with:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel
- Experience using a CRM system
- A confident telephone manner
- Good organisational skills and a willingness to learn and get involved
