About The Role
Construction and Procurement – Opportunities
HF’s Construction & Procurement Team specialise in providing advice and representation on construction disputes and procurement law matters. We advise main contractors, sub-contractors, public bodies and private sector clients in relation to all aspects of construction and engineering contracts, claims and disputes. To achieve this at a high standard, our team have construction and/or legal expertise, qualifications and experience.
The department also provides public sector procurement services. Our services encompass assisting public bodies in procuring goods and services legally and cost effectively; assisting suppliers in successfully tendering; and in challenging unlawful procurement processes.
Our people pride themselves on making an impact through providing an excellent, results and solutions focussed service to our clients.
What will I be doing?
Our construction law practice comprises engineers, quantity surveyors, lawyers, and non-practising barristers. Our holistic approach gives us the expertise to advise clients in construction law, engineering, and related industries.

We are currently recruiting across a range of levels, from experienced Associate’s through to Legal Directors and Partners, offering opportunities for experienced construction and procurement lawyers looking to develop their careers within a highly regarded specialist team.
From our offices in London, Dublin and Belfast, our team provide a comprehensive service for contentious and non-contentious construction law and procurement matters.
