We're recruiting on behalf of an established and growing residential developer seeking a driven Contracts Manager to oversee multiple housing developments across West Wales, covering the region from Carmarthen to Haverfordwest.

The Role
As Contracts Manager, you'll be responsible for the successful delivery of several live residential developments, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
You'll provide leadership and support to Site Managers, working closely with the Construction Director and wider technical, commercial, and customer care teams to ensure every development achieves its targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple housing developments across West Wales
- Lead, mentor, and support Site Managers to achieve programme and quality objectives
- Monitor build progress, budgets, and site performance
- Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety legislation and company procedures
- Drive build quality and customer satisfaction throughout every stage of construction
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings
- Work collaboratively with commercial, technical, sales, and customer care departments
- Identify and resolve construction issues to minimise delays and maintain productivity
About You
- Proven experience as a Contracts Manager, Senior Site Manager, or Project Manager within the housebuilding sector
- Strong knowledge of traditional and timber frame residential construction
- Experience managing multiple live housing developments simultaneously
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Commercial awareness with the ability to manage programmes, costs, and quality
- SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid
- Full UK driving licence
