We're Hiring – Contracts Manager
Ready to take ownership of projects, lead experienced site teams and make a real impact within a growing construction business?
Gallaway Construction is looking for an experienced, commercially aware Contracts Manager to join our senior management team.
We're an established Greater Manchester-based Principal Contractor, delivering construction projects typically valued between £1m and £3m, with an annual turnover of approximately £10m.

This is more than a traditional site management role. We're looking for someone with the construction knowledge, leadership skills and commercial understanding to oversee multiple projects, support and challenge experienced Site Managers, and take genuine ownership of successful contract delivery.
Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Managing Director and working alongside our Pre-Construction Manager, you'll have the opportunity to influence how we deliver our projects, develop our people and help shape the next stage of Gallaway's growth.
