Company Description
SIPs Eco Panel Systems Ltd is a UK manufacturer specializing in Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) for kit supply and erection, servicing both self-builders and developers. Headquartered in Fife, Scotland, the company provides SIPs, Closed Panel, and Timber Frame frames for new builds and extensions across various market sectors. Additional blank panel options are also available through our trade merchant arm, SIPS Direct.
Role Description
This is a full-time, UK-wide remote role reporting into our HQ in Glenrothes, for a Construction Contracts Manager. The role involves managing contracts from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. The manager will liaise with clients, oversee project schedules, coordinate with construction teams, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards. Additionally, the role includes budget management, risk assessment, and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

- Strong understanding of construction contracts, project management, and budgeting
- Proficiency in risk assessment, compliance, and health and safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with clients and coordinating with teams
- Team leadership and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to manage schedules and ensure on-time project completion
- Experience as a contracts manager in the construction industry is essential, particularly with Structural Insulated Panels, is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in relevant project management software will be a plus
