WE’RE HIRING | CONTRACTS MANAGER

Framework Roofing is looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to join our growing construction business.

This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in the delivery of roofing and construction contracts across the UK, including government, public sector and social housing projects.

💷 £60,000 starting salary

THE ROLE

You’ll be responsible for managing multiple contracts from pre-start through to successful completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest standards.

You’ll work closely with clients, our management team, Quantity Surveyors, site managers, operatives, subcontractors and suppliers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing multiple construction and roofing contracts
  • Overseeing government, public sector and social housing projects
  • Ensuring compliance with ISO 45001, CDM, RAMS and Health & Safety requirements
  • Managing programmes, budgets and subcontractors
  • Building and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships
  • Delivering high-quality, safe and successful project outcomes

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Proven Contracts Management or senior construction experience
  • Experience in government/public sector contracts
  • Experience in social housing and planned maintenance
  • Good working knowledge and practical experience of ISO 45001
  • SMSTS qualification
  • Appropriate CSCS Management/Professional card
  • Strong knowledge of CDM, RAMS and UK Health & Safety legislation
  • Excellent commercial, contractual and organisational skills
  • Experience managing subcontractors, labour and suppliers
  • Full UK driving licence

Desirable qualifications: NVQ Level 6/7, HNC/HND or degree in Construction Management, MCIOB, IOSH or NEBOSH.
