Contracts Manager required in Southwest London
GVR Solutions are currently representing a well-established main contractor, based in Southwest London, who are in the market for an experienced Contracts Manager to join their team, that focuses primarily on Education refurbishment and extension projects.
Contracts Manager:
As the Contracts Manager; you will be reporting to the construction Director with a close and full oversight of the operations teams across all allocated projects. You must have a good understanding and ability to manage the workforce directly ensuring a clear and precise programme throughout the projects to complete on time and within budget. You must be able to manage multiple projects at any given time with the ability to delegate the workload whilst also upskilling the team.

Requirements for the Contracts Manager:
- Previous Contracts Management experience within an established main contractor
- Experience ideally working on Education refurbishment projects
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Experience managing multiple contracts at once
- Excellent people skills
- Upskilling abilities
- Organised and attentive
- Team player
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to communicate at all levels
- SMSTS
- CSCS
- First Aid qualifications are ideal
- A degree/HNC in a related subject would be advantageous
