Contracts Manager - Major Civil & Water Infrastructure
Location: North West London
A leading UK civil engineering and infrastructure contractor is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee the delivery of complex, multi-disciplinary projects across water, tunnelling, pipelines, and major civils.
The Role
You will lead the commercial, operational, and safety performance of multiple projects, ensuring schemes are delivered to programme, budget, and quality expectations. This is a senior leadership role requiring strong commercial awareness, technical understanding, and the ability to drive performance across project teams and supply chain partners.

About You
Essential
- A background delivering civil engineering and water infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of NEC contracts, CDM, design management, risk, and cost control.
- Proficient with MS Projects (P6 advantageous).
- HNC/HND/Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience in tendering and pre-qualification for multi-disciplinary schemes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
