Job Description
🚀 The Job Mission
You will support strategic construction delivery across a major civil engineering programme. The role combines site management, construction planning, stakeholder coordination and contractor oversight.
- Support strategic site setup and construction sequencing activities
- Develop recovery plans and allocate resources across construction activities
- Coordinate contractors, managers and stakeholders to maintain delivery
- Ensure construction activities comply with CDM and project requirements
- Monitor performance and produce concise, meaningful construction reports
- Support efficient site operations across complex construction work packages
- Drive results-focused delivery while maintaining quality and value
- Build trusted relationships with contractors and wider project teams
- Identify emerging issues and take timely corrective action
- Collaborate across management teams to deliver construction excellence

Qualifications
- Relevant degree or equivalent qualification in Civil Construction
- Experience delivering large-scale, complex construction projects
- Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, recovery planning and resource allocation
- Understanding of commercial principles affecting construction delivery
- Working knowledge of CDM Regulations and construction obligations
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and organisational skills
- Ability to produce concise, informative and meaningful reports
- Proven ability to deliver results under significant pressure
- Experience collaborating with managers across complex site operations
- NEBOSH, SMSTS or IOSH qualification holder
