Location: Potters Bar or Romford
Salary: Up to £120,000 + Package
Our client, a well-established and growing multi-disciplinary construction company, is looking to appoint an experienced Construction Director to join their senior leadership team. Reporting directly to the Managing Director and Company Owner, this is a key appointment that will play a pivotal role in driving operational performance, improving business processes, and supporting the company's continued growth.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious construction professional who has a proven track record of leading large operational teams and delivering cladding remediation and/or social housing projects.
The Role
As Construction Director, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across multiple projects, ensuring programmes are delivered safely, efficiently, on time and within budget. You will also be responsible for reviewing, implementing and improving business processes and systems to drive consistency, efficiency and performance across the business.

Key Responsibilities Include
- Providing leadership across construction operations.
- Reporting directly to the Managing Director and Company Owner.
- Implementing new processes, systems and operational improvements.
- Overseeing project delivery, quality, health & safety and commercial performance.
- Leading, developing and mentoring operational teams.
- Building strong relationships with clients, consultants and key stakeholders.
- Supporting business growth and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
About You
To Be Considered, You Will Have
- Proven experience in a senior construction leadership role.
- Essential Experience Delivering Cladding Remediation And/or Social Housing Projects.
- Strong operational management experience across multiple live projects.
- A track record of implementing processes and systems that improve business performance.
- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A commercial mindset with the ability to balance operational excellence with business objectives.
