Construction Disputes Team Opportunity
I am currently hiring for an exciting opportunity within the Construction Disputes team of a market leading expert advisory firm. The team is continuing to expand, and I am keen to speak with experienced construction disputes professionals at Associate Director, Director, Managing Director, and Partner level.
The firm is highly regarded within the expert witness and disputes market, advising clients on complex, high value construction and engineering disputes across the UK and internationally. The team works alongside leading law firms, contractors, developers, investors, and other stakeholders, providing independent expert advice and expert witness services throughout the dispute lifecycle.
Role Responsibilities
The role will involve working on complex construction disputes, with responsibilities including:
- Construction claims and disputes
- Delay and disruption
- Quantum and damages
- Contractual and commercial issues
- Adjudication, arbitration, and litigation
- Expert reports and witness assignments
- Major infrastructure, construction, and engineering projects

The work is often complex and high value, providing exposure to significant construction and engineering disputes in the UK and internationally.
Candidate Profile
I am particularly interested in speaking with individuals who are currently working within a construction disputes, expert witness, or specialist advisory team and have demonstrable experience in construction disputes.
Relevant experience is essential. I would therefore be particularly interested in candidates currently working within an expert witness practice, specialist construction advisory boutique, Big Four disputes team, or similar specialist consultancy.
Candidates may have experience across construction disputes, delay and disruption, quantum, damages, claims analysis, planning and programming, quantity surveying, project controls, or related construction advisory services.
