The Position

You will be joining a fast-growing office that is looking to enhance its presence by hiring an aspirational Associate and Senior Associate who specialises in contentious construction.

By joining the growing construction and engineering team, you will have a wide platform to progress your career and become an integral leader within the team and to manage high-profile construction projects.

This is your opportunity to become a key member in a team advising clients on some of the highest profile construction and regeneration projects in the UK.

You will be exposed to ADR, expert and determination and adjudications (plus enforcement proceedings in the TCC), dealing with a wide range of matters including final account and delay claims, quality of build claims, construction insolvency, bond claims, ACM cladding, professional indemnity and other insurance-related claims.

Package & Progression

You will be given a salary equal to your current skill set and level. With a bonus structure that is built to reward those who are successful, the full remuneration package will be very competitive!
