I am currently working with a well-established, partner-led full-service law firm with an enviable client base spanning businesses, institutions, and individuals.

The Firm

The firm's Real Estate & Development practice is highly regarded and acts for an impressive range of clients, including national housebuilders, developers, investors, financial institutions, care providers, and property owners. Its wider Real Estate, Development, and Construction teams are also recognized in the legal directories, with a number of individual partners ranked.

The Opportunity

My client is looking to appoint an ambitious senior Construction & Engineering lawyer to play a key role in the continued development and growth of an established and successful practice.

The opportunity would suit an existing Partner seeking a new platform, or a Legal Director or senior lawyer who is ready to take the next step into partnership.

The team advises a broad client base across both contentious and non-contentious construction matters, with particular experience in commercial and residential development, industrial projects, care and retirement living, offshore wind, ports, and marinas.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
