We’re Hiring – Construction & Built Environment EPA Lead
National | Home-Based
Learning Skills Partnership (LSP) is looking for an experienced Construction EPA Lead to join our Quality Team and support apprentices through Gateway and End-Point Assessment across our construction provision.
You’ll work closely with apprentices, tutors, employers and EPAOs, helping to ensure learners are well prepared, confident and ready to achieve their best at EPA.
We’re looking for someone with:
- Occupational competence and industry experience in construction or a related discipline
- Experience within apprenticeships, FE or work-based learning
- Strong knowledge of apprenticeship standards, Gateway and EPA requirements
- Assessor/IQA qualifications or equivalent
- Excellent organisation, communication, and relationship-building skills

Experience supporting apprentices through EPA and construction standards such as civil engineering, site supervision, design and build, or surveying would be particularly valuable.
