We are seeking an experienced Foreman to oversee a new Residential Development within the Mid Ulster area.

If you’re a strong leader with a hands-on approach, a good eye for quality and the drive to keep projects running safely, efficiently and on programme, we’d like to hear from you.

Role

  • Responsible for day to day running of the site
  • Coordination and supervision of all site staff and sub-contractors
  • Ensure work is carried out in accordance with the latest drawing, specifications and programme
  • Responsible for liaising with Project Managers during project life cycle

Skills & Competencies

  • 5+ years’ experience as a construction foreman
  • Technical and practical knowledge of construction procedures
  • Have a track record of successfully completing projects from start to finish
  • Strong organisational and decision-making skills
  • Full driving licence
