We are seeking an experienced Foreman to oversee a new Residential Development within the Mid Ulster area.

Role
- Responsible for day to day running of the site
- Coordination and supervision of all site staff and sub-contractors
- Ensure work is carried out in accordance with the latest drawing, specifications and programme
- Responsible for liaising with Project Managers during project life cycle
Skills & Competencies
- 5+ years’ experience as a construction foreman
- Technical and practical knowledge of construction procedures
- Have a track record of successfully completing projects from start to finish
- Strong organisational and decision-making skills
- Full driving licence
