Company Description

We are a Dubai-based construction manpower supply company providing reliable skilled and semi-skilled workers to the UAE’s construction industry, including residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects. Our mission is to support contractors, developers, and infrastructure firms with dependable labor and professional project support services. We prioritize quality, compliance, safety, and timely workforce deployment to help clients deliver projects efficiently and sustainably. As we expand across the UAE, we are seeking strategic investors to fuel business growth, increase workforce capacity, and strengthen our market presence. We aim to build long-term partnerships that create lasting value for clients, employees, and investors.

Role Description

The Construction Industry Investor will play a strategic role in supporting the growth and expansion of our construction manpower business. This contract position is based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows a mix of on-site collaboration and work from home. Day-to-day activities include assessing investment opportunities within the UAE construction sector, reviewing financial performance and projections, and providing input on capital allocation and growth strategies. The role also involves participating in regular strategy discussions with the leadership team, overseeing risk assessments, and supporting governance practices to ensure sustainable returns. The investor may coordinate with local partners, advisors, and financial institutions to facilitate funding structures and monitor portfolio performance.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
