About The Role
As Construction Manager you lead on-site execution across renewable energy and data center projects. You run daily site operations, drive HSE and quality, coordinate contractors, and keep construction moving safely, on time and to specification.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all on-site activities — safe, on time, to quality
- Coordinate clients, subcontractors, engineers and suppliers on site
- Monitor site progress and resolve on-site issues and conflicts
- Run regular site inspections and coordination meetings
- Maintain accurate site documentation — daily reports, safety records, progress updates
- Ensure all site personnel adhere to safety and environmental regulations
- Keep the Project Manager updated on activities, risks and potential delays
- Support material procurement to mitigate delays and support project handover

About You
- 3+ years managing construction sites, preferably EPC projects in renewable energy, data centers or infrastructure
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, site safety and quality management
- Proven experience working with subcontractors, suppliers and authorities
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to manage and motivate site teams
- Experience managing client and stakeholder relationships
- Willing to travel and work on-site extensively
- Fluent in English
