Join One of London's Leading Main Contractors
An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Construction Manager to join one of London's leading main contractors on a landmark film studio development. This high-profile, large-scale project will deliver world-class production facilities and represents one of the most exciting construction schemes currently underway in the UK.
Working as part of a highly experienced project team, you will play a key role in delivering this complex, fast-paced development safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards.
The Role
Reporting to the Project Director, you will be responsible for managing sections of the project from construction through to completion, coordinating subcontractors, driving programme performance, and ensuring exceptional standards across all site activities.

Key responsibilities include:
- Managing day-to-day site operations across allocated work packages.
- Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to programme.
- Driving quality standards and ensuring compliance with project specifications.
- Leading site meetings and maintaining effective communication with the wider project team.
- Monitoring progress and proactively resolving construction challenges.
- Working closely with commercial, design, planning, and MEP teams to achieve project milestones.
- Ensuring health, safety, environmental, and quality standards are consistently maintained.
- Supporting programme delivery while identifying opportunities to improve productivity and efficiency.

About You
We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager who thrives on delivering complex, high-value projects.
You will ideally have:
- Proven experience working for a recognised main contractor.
- A strong track record delivering large-scale commercial, mixed-use, data centre, infrastructure, healthcare, or major construction projects.
- Excellent leadership and subcontractor management skills.
- Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, logistics, and programme management.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with excellent communication skills.
- SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications.
- A commitment to delivering projects safely and to the highest quality standards.
