Civil, Structural & Architectural (CSA) Construction Manager

πŸ“ Location: UK | Full-time, site-based
πŸ’· Salary: Circa Β£100,000 DOE

πŸ—οΈ Β£100k salary. Major hyperscale data centre developments. The opportunity to influence construction delivery on projects for one of the biggest names in global cloud infrastructure.

This is a serious opportunity for an experienced CSA Construction Manager to move into an owner-side construction oversight role, working on technically demanding, high-value developments where programme performance, construction quality and delivery really matter.

About the Role

You'll play a key role in delivering major hyperscale data centre projects, overseeing General Contractors and specialist subcontractors across Civil, Structural and Architectural (CSA) construction.

You'll be responsible for ensuring construction progresses safely, efficiently and to programme, with particular emphasis on contractor performance, construction sequencing, building envelope completion and MEPF installation readiness.

This is a hands-on delivery position for someone who understands construction, spots problems early and knows how to keep major projects moving.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Oversee major CSA packages including foundations, structural steelwork, roofing, cladding and building envelope systems.
  • Challenge Tier 1 contractors on progress, resources, sequencing and programme recovery.
  • Coordinate CSA and MEPF interfaces to protect critical installation and commissioning milestones.
  • Review construction drawings, technical submissions, methodologies and quality standards.
  • Identify programme risks, resolve construction constraints and maintain delivery momentum.
  • Monitor inspections, defects and construction readiness through to handover.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer β€” it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β€” that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
