You will be working in the Infrastructure function working on our Anglian Water Project. Through our role in the @one Alliance, we’re helping Anglian Water deliver a £2.6 billion investment in vital infrastructure. From civil works to water treatment facilities, this programme strengthens environmental protection across the East of England - safeguarding water resources for generations to come.
We are currently looking for a Construction Manager who will deliver projects safely, on time, and sustainably - driving efficiency and strong performance without compromising governance.
As The Construction Manager, You Will
- Lead site teams to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget across your portfolio.
- Hold tier 2 suppliers to account on safety, quality, and programme, including robust RAMS review and approval.
- Drive constructability, project rehearsals, and fit-for-assembly sign-off to improve performance and unlock innovation.
- Champion a strong safety culture alongside zero-waste and low-carbon construction practices.
- Plan labour, plant, and materials effectively while ensuring contractual and commercial issues are escalated on time.

We Are Looking For
- HNC or degree qualified in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, with proven experience managing operational resources in fast-paced project environments.
- Strong background in water or water recycling non-infrastructure projects, with essential experience delivering large structures in the water sector.
- SMSTS and SEATS trained, with a minimum Black CSCS Card and a strong track record in leading high standards of safety.
- Proven leader who can inspire teams, drive performance, and take a hands-on approach to achieve critical outcomes.
- Excellent communicator, able to manage competing priorities and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
