The Role
As a Construction Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of construction projects, overseeing site operations, managing stakeholders, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
- Oversee site operations, ensuring work is delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.
- Manage contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
- Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues and risks.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain project programmes and resource plans.
- Manage project budgets, costs, and financial reporting.
- Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders.
- Conduct regular site inspections and project review meetings.
- Drive continuous improvement and best practice across project delivery.

About You
We're looking for a proactive and results-focused leader who can confidently manage multiple stakeholders and deliver outstanding project outcomes.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in a Construction Manager, Senior Site Manager, or similar leadership role.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, project management, and health & safety regulations.
- Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and resources.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to build effective relationships with clients and project teams.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Full driving licence.

Desirable
- Degree or qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Professional membership with a recognised industry body.
- Experience across commercial, residential, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
