Your Role as Construction Manager / Package Manager Will Include:
- Managing the delivery of the building envelope package, including cladding, façade, roofing and associated external works.
- Working closely alongside Project Managers to ensure successful package coordination and project delivery.
- Managing specialist subcontractors, driving programme and monitoring progress against key milestones.
- Reviewing technical drawings, specifications and installation methodologies.
- Leading quality inspections, snagging and handover activities.
As A Construction Manager / Package Manager You Will Have:
- Previous experience as a Construction Manager, Package Manager, Senior Site Manager, Façade Manager, Cladding Manager or Building Envelope Manager.
- Strong experience managing cladding, façade, roofing or external envelope packages on major construction projects.
- Main contractor experience delivering large-scale construction projects.
- Experience within data centres, industrial, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, commercial or other technically complex construction environments.
- Excellent leadership, coordination and programme management skills.
