KONE is looking for a Construction Manager to lead installation operations across a key region, overseeing multiple projects, driving team performance, and ensuring safe, efficient delivery for our customers.
This is a leadership role with real impact. You'll work closely with Project Managers, Installation Engineers, customers, and contractors to deliver projects on time, to budget, and to the high standards KONE is known for.
Based from our Basingstoke or Woking office | Covering the M4 Corridor from Swindon to West London.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading installation activities across multiple projects and sites.
- Driving a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
- Managing project delivery, resources, productivity, quality, and performance.
- Building strong relationships with customers, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Coaching and developing installation teams.
- Identifying risks early and implementing effective solutions.
- Driving continuous improvement across your region.

What We're Looking For
- Experience in a Construction Manager, Installation Manager, Project Manager, or similar leadership role.
- Proven experience delivering projects within construction, engineering, infrastructure, lift & escalator, or other installation-led environments.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities.
- Good knowledge of health and safety within construction or engineering environments.
- Full UK driving licence.
